- MCD212: Ignore FT2 when FT1 is 0
  Fixes graphics corruption in Plunderball
- Fix config string syntax (thx to Sorg)
  Fixes build date in OSD
- MCD212: Add cursor blinking feature
  Fixes hardware cursor behavior with
  "Sandy's Circus Adventure" and the "Validation Disc"
- Added vertical crop
  Cuts 5 pixels at top/bottom to allow integer scaling with PAL resolution
