d3a7f1ad33 Analog joystick input takes precedence
Fixes something I didn't know about, that MiSTer default core mapping allows analog inputs to map to digital inputs. Upon defining inputs in the core, only then can they be exclusive. So now if there is activity on the left analog stick, then  the digital stick does not activate, even in default mapping.

3513f1ca57 Update Williams2 Color LUT
This color LUT is derived from the schematics and the RGB circuit was the same across all 4 of these games --> turkey shoot, mystic marathon (except the chips had 2 bits swapped in each red and blue for some reason), joust2, and inferno.

The LUT itself might need minor adjustments, but it likely was so saturated because CRTs are so desaturated, and users can apply gamma anyways.
