Stefan Roese 2eb60902a0 net: smsc95xx: Add support for another SMSC95xx variant ...

This patch adds support for the SMSC9500 with product id 0x9900 which is
equipped in the "EXSYS USB 2.0" etherner USB adapter.

Tested on omap3_beagle.
