a80adc24b7 Enhance accessibility of color scheme 
Also I wasn't using the proper color scheme override before. Now that I've figured that out, the correct colors I intended are being shown. Changed the link highlight to the grumpy cat's nose. ;)

6bd58e9826 Update conf_str.md 
The sub-lists are not correctly indented, even though the preview does show them.

It turns out that you have to use 4 spaces (or one tab) because [mkdocs uses python-markdown](https://www.mkdocs.org/user-guide/writing-your-docs/#writing-with-markdown), and this is a [feature of python-markdown](https://python-markdown.github.io/#differences)
