718c5a0787 CDIC: Added experimental XA audio sector playback 
- Added basic support for 4 Bit ADPCM
  Mono and Stereo tested
  37.8 kHz and 18.9 kHz tested
- Added MODE2 sector filter
  Fixes main menu music of Tetris
  Seems to cause compatibility issues
