Port Dandanator code from calypso fpga ( Manuel Teira )  https://github.com/teiram/calypso-ports

* update u765

fix "Peerico delgado Maillot Amarillo (S) (1989) [Original]" - Some disks have one additional empty track as copy-protection scheme
Fix "Fugitif (F) (1991) (CPM)"  - bit 6 of SENSE DRIVE STATUS must react when the user changes discs
