Eric Nelson ce7a7f5e6b i.MX6DQ/DLS: Add pad MX6_PAD_GPIO_1__USB_OTG_ID ...

This patch adds the pad to i.MX6DQ and changes the i.MX6DLS
declaration to match the Linux kernel declaration.
