Adam Ford 079c92b0a7 ARM: davinci: Remove CONFIG_SOC_DA830 ...

Nothing CONFIG_SOC_DA830 anymore, so let's remove it and
the one remaining source file for it. It appears to have been
abandoned a while ago.
