Mingkai Hu 98305c0764 ppc/85xx: add ld script file for boot from NAND ...

The first stage 4K image uses a seperate ld script file to
generate 4K image. This patch moves it to the cpu/mpc85xx/*
to make it avaliable for 85xx platform.
