Priyanka Jain 89a168f776 armv8: ls2080ardb: Add QSPI-boot support ...

QSPI-boot is supported on LS2088ARDB RevF board with LS2088A SoC.
LS2088ARDB RevF Board has limitation that QIXIS can not be accessed.
CONFIG_FSL_QIXIS is not enabled.
