Simon Glass e8e09ba5b7 Convert CONFIG_CMD_HD44760 to Kconfig 
This converts the following to Kconfig:
   CONFIG_CMD_HD44760

Also drop CONFIG_CMD_HD44780 which appears to be a typo.
