Jaehoon Chung 70f6d39433 mmc: exynos_dw_mmc: use the 4bit bus-width by default ...

If there is not "samsung,bus-width" property, use the 4bit buswidth by
default.
Almost all Exnyos SoCs support at least 4bit buswidth.
