Marek Vasut 67fdbc06be net: rtl8139: Minor cleanup of rtl_transmit() 
Rename the function to rtl8139_send(), clean up the TX polling, the TX
OK condition at the end, overuse of typecasts, and various line-over-80
problems. No functional change.
