Ashok Reddy Soma 53b2af18ca net: xilinx: axi_emac: Add support for 10G/25G AXI ethernet 
Add support for 10G/25G (XXV) high speed ethernet. This Makes use of
the exiting AXI DMA, similar to 1G.
