Adam Ford 10d5ed9a54 usb: musb-new: omap2430: Remove dead code ...

A bunch of code was encapsulated in #ifdef's whether or not
it is building or for U-Boot.  Since this code is always building
for U-Boot, this patch removes the dead code.
