lib: tizen: change Tizen logo with the new one.

Changes:
- check image bpp instead of resolution when returns logo address
- remove 32bpp logo
- add 16bpp logo in two formats: bmp and gzipped bmp
- init logo address with "0" for unsupported bpp mode
- update boards configs with proper image size for gunzip
- extend structure vidinfo by two fields: logo_x_offset and logo_y_offset.
