Convert CONFIG_ATMEL_LCD et al to Kconfig

This converts the following to Kconfig:
   CONFIG_ATMEL_LCD
   CONFIG_ATMEL_LCD_BGR555
   CONFIG_ATMEL_LCD_RGB565
   CONFIG_GURNARD_SPLASH
