Marius Vikhammer 018582dc64 ULP: reduce max possible memory reserved for ULP coprocessor 
Some RTC slow memory is reserved by IDF, reduce CONFIG_TARGET_ULP_COPROC_RESERVE_MEM
range to reflect this.
